Super ! but only one problem, the staff dont speaks english. it was big problem. no one dont knows english.

Great choice for those who travel by car - no need to stay in a busy city center. From this location it’s easier to drive to all destinations, like mountains and valleys. Comfortable clean rooms, great room service.

Clean rooms, super comfy beds, hot shower, spacious rooms - we liked it all :) Location is good, and there is a spacious parking 👍👍👍

“Overpriced for a Four Points, LOUSY FOOD CHOICES”

Dining establishments were sub-par. Firstly, the beer bistro on the ground floor was closed. Instead, there was a 3rd-party barbeque establishment outdoors, which was full of mosquitoes and other insects. Second, the Chinese restaurant did not have many dishes which were on the menu - we tried to order 3 dishes, and all 3 dishes were not available ("ingredients out of season", which was not plausible, since the menu was on a tablet - they could have easily updated the menu). We left and went to a nearby mall for dinner.

We were shocked, we thought that we had mistakenly booked an expensive room. It’s good that the taxi driver helped us figure it out and explained to us what they didn’t do at the reception! We were assured that the money would be returned in 3 days, but a week has passed and they still have not returned it. Now I read a review from a guest named Maxim, even after a month he did not get his money back. They don’t respond to emails, so how can we get our money back now? Today we are going to Urumqi again, and we may have to call the police for investigations. It took 5 seconds to withdraw money from my card, but why is it so difficult and time consuming to return it?👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

“Very good hotel in the middle of nowhere! Urumqi 1st tour”

Very good hotel in the middle of nowhere! Breakfast isn't included but you can pay an additional fee for that. From 7:00--10:30 that's the breakfast time. Notice that in Urumqi, the time is technically 2 hours behind Beijing Time because it's still dark until around 8:20AM. And the regime of working hours is 10:00 instead of 9:30am then it ends at 18:00 instead of 17:30. The hotel also has a gym on the 3rd floor; you can definitely workout during your feel time. Free water is provided everyday while staying there. Mostly importantly, check in wasn't difficult during midnight for me. Room was very clean & love the shower head too; looks beautiful!

“Pretty good, but the bathroom odour is odd for a brand new hotel”

Overall comfortable and busy hotel in the northern Urumqi outskirts. Nice breakfast buffet and evening dinner. Staff were generally attentive. All good apart from a smelly bathroom.
