Really nice people working there, I enjoyed my time there and the breakfast was great. Definitely need a car to go there but overall I had a really nice stay. And big +1 for the check out at 12:00.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast/lunch was a yummy buffet with a huge variety.

Staff at ANA were fantastic. They were always very pleasant and helpful during our week long stay. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods, and being in a remote area it was good to have this included in our room rate. The property is a bit remote which was nice being away from the hustle and bustle, but it made exploring the area a little trickier - we had to plan our days carefully and there wasn’t the ability to just go for a wander as we’d do if staying in a more central location. The gym facilities and sauna were also really well equipped. The pool was clean and relaxing (although VERY shallow - do not dive in!) and the lifeguards by the pool were very attentive to pool users. The lobby area and dining areas were always very clean, and check in/out was easy. The room itself (1 bedroom with tatami area) was an ok size for 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) but we probably would have been more comfortable in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room appeared clean and well stocked.

The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The view from the hotel was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, offering both Japanese and Western options.

“Fantastic view of the surrounding area and spacious twin room”

The twin room was spacious and there was a fantastic view from the balconies overlooking both the next door golf club, but also the scenery, unobstructed from anything else - I was on the fifth floor. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the pool was nice. The breakfast had a fair selection despite the buffet being moved to a separate room due to a school fieldtrip staying at the same time (the regular restaurant area was closed off).

The staff was really nice to us. We had to change our plans due to a flight cancellation and the staff helped us a lot. The hotel is in a nice location, with pretty much nothing in the immediate surroundings (remote), but with access to pretty much everything if you have a car.

Staffs are nice, they have Chinese speaking staff at front desk, a pretty girl, Lora with passionate. Even simple facilities enough for a leisure trip, night view so release, I think all rooms has sea view. 6/F rooms are great. Advise to stay 3 or 4 days you could explore more.

Very central hotel for visiting Okinawa main island on both sides, east or west. Many restaurants around within 10 min drive. A car is a must though.

From the quite surrounding of the resort to the facilities, our stay in Ansa was a breeze. The different buffets accomodate all taste and the staff was excellente. The view from the room or from the dining area was beautiful. The gym area is really well equiped and the pool is the biggest I have seen in a hotel. All in all our stay was perfect

The view from the balcony is incredible; you can see the ocean on both sides of Okinawa simultaneously and mountains in between in one breathtaking view. The hotel room was beautiful and the breakfast was excellent. Staff was also very friendly and made us feel very welcome.
