The house has 2 large bedrooms, one living room, a kitchen, a balcony and a cozy interior courtyard. It's very spacious, well equipped and it's ideal for a family. The location is great if you have a car. You can walk to the Ortahisar castle and it`s a 10 - 20 min drive from all other points of interest hin Cappadocia. In general, we loved our stay and were very well received by Tuncer, who is always ready to help.

This was an absolute gem and felt like a friendly home to return to after each amazing Cappadocia excursion. The house simply had every single thing we needed for a self-catering stay. With 42°C temperatures, the cool house was a welcome retreat. They neighbourhood felt like normal people just going about their lives, but you are just around the corner from the town centre - with a view of the Ortahisar castle from the enclosed balcony. We wouldn't have wanted to experience this lovely area any other way.

Nice comfy and cozy place, very spacious, for 3-6 peolpe is totally ok. Tea area, terrace, 2 bedrooms, everything was as expected. Very good communication with owner.

“Beautiful home in a great location for sight seeing in Cappadocia”

This place was just so wonderful, a family home with the host around the town, easy to contact and very helpful whenever we needed him. We hired the whole property, 2 apartments and had plenty of space for a group of 8 adults and 7 children. We loved the cosy balcony area over looking the garden. The host also was so helpful, easy to contact and keen to help us have the best time. We ended up hiring a car due to our group size and varied needs (89 year old grandfather and a 2 year old) so that we would have flexibility but the host offered us a private driven tour of top sights. The accomodation was an easy few minutes walk to a main street with shops and restaurants where we were able to buy food to eat back at the house, as well as souvenirs and have a nice meal out. This location was great for getting around, you would need a tour or hire car to get to Goreme and the other major areas but they were very close by and easy to get to. This area is perfect to save some money and still enjoy all that Cappadocia has to offer.

Location: The location is very convenient if you have a car. It is 5 min walking distance from the Ortahisar castle and a 10 - 20 min drive from all other points of interest here. So, from one side you are in a quiet place without tourists around, and from another - you can reach out to other sightseeings in a few minutes. House: It has 2 bedrooms, one living room, and a kitchen. It's ideal for a family with kids or 2 couples. Bedrooms are in real caves and are very comfortable. The beds are from wood and authentic. The microclimate lets you have a rest from the summer heat and sleep well. The patio is very cozy and we had a quiet and peaceful evening with a glass of local vine. I would definitely recommend this house and hope will return here again.
