The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spotless. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The location is great as it is very close to the center of Urgup; we could walk everywhere.

“Perfect choice for a cave hotel”
We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. We don’t usually stay in one place as we like to move around, but we came for the trail race and decided Urgup would be a good base. We were definitely not disappointed with our decision. The hotel is well located, rooms very spacious and comfortable and we had a delicious breakfast with a wonderful view each morning. The hotel manager and the team were very professional and discreet. We hired a car and quite a full itinerary for our stay planned in avance, but were very appreciative of the advice and support from Eray when looking to exchange money and organizing hot air balloon flights.

“We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Canyon Cave Hotel”
Breakfast was a lovely spread, generous quantity of everything prepared. The staff were helpful and always willing to please us. They allowed us to use their facilities for our supper when we didn't feel like a restaurant dinner. A perfect away from the noisy city stay. The view from the terrace was amazing, especially at night.

“Perfect place to stay with great people and brekfast :)”
A perfect place to stay with wonderful people and a great breakfast. The reception staff were incredibly supportive. During an emergency when we lost our passport and hotel keys, they helped us get in touch with the place where we had left them. The service at breakfast was also exceptional—everyone put in a lot of effort to make sure everything was delicious and the guests were happy. Warm regards to the owner, Metin, and his team!

“Very pleasant stay!”
Wonderful and well equipped apartment, lot of space and a small terrace with a view on Urgup! Car park available in front of the structure and a very nice staff which helped us with activities to be done. They have demonstrated their kindness and availability by cooking me gluten free bread for breakfast. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Canyon Cave Hotel Cappadocia! The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what truly made the experience special was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Every request we had was met with a warm smile and a willingness to help. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. We’re so grateful for the great service and hospitality, it made our time in Cappadocia even more memorable. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at Canyon Cave Hotel! The location was perfect right in the heart of Cappadocia, making it super easy to explore the area. The breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and served with a smile, just what we needed to start our day.One of the things we appreciated most was how helpful the hotel staff were in organizing everything for us. We booked our airport transfer, hot air balloon ride, and daily activities like ATV and horseback tours directly through the hotel everything was seamless and stress-free.The staff were incredibly kind and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt taken care of. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and real hospitality, Canyon Cave Hotel is definitely the one to choose!

“A wonderful restful hotel as a base your travels in the area”
Breakfast was very nice. Quickly cooked and supplied by staff. Much better than the another cave Hotel we stayed at previously. The room was very large, almost an apartment. Had a full size fridge, cooking area and lounge. It has two TV's one in the bedroom and another in the lounge area. There was Netflix and You Tube availability plus other cable network which was great. The bed was extremely comfortable allowing the best sleep and the bathroom was big with a very large bath /Jacuzzi,. The hotel is right near a main road for vehicle transport and only 8 minutes walk to town

“Nice room but hard to sleep in the heat with no AC”
The room size was good, the location was 10-15 mins walk to the centre of Urguo via some pretty steep roads. The room comes with a nice bathtub. If you don’t mind sleeping in the heat, it’s a good place to stay.

“Amazing place to stay”
Great hotel with outstanding views on Ürgüp and surroundings from the nice terrace. This hotel has a lot of character! The cave rooms have a fantastic atmosphere and are super comfortable with great bathrooms. It is a very quiet place where you can relax after a busy day and still feel the amazing Cappadocia ambiance.

The reception and breakfast staff were exceptional as was the individualy served breakfast-the mememen was the best we had in Turkey.The bathroom was huge and the large spa bath was spotless.
