Very clean hotel with large airy rooms and very helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Easy to call for a taxi upon departure from hotel and efficient airport shuttle service which we used.

“A "Business Hotel" as it should be, with one big exception.”
Brand new, high end Business Hotel, which one would not expect to find in a place like Urgench. Fantastic, quiet, meticulously clean room with a comfortable bed, strong and stable Wi-Fi and excellent water pressure (currently rare to find in Usbekistan due to the gas shortage). Very good breakfast. Less than five minutes away by Taxi from Airport.

“A very good new hotel in Urgench, highly recommended for business trips”
A new hotel, everything is very clean and convenient, especially for a business trip. The deluxe room is huge. the AC works well (important for summertime!). There is a great coffee place next door called Vanilla. Everyone working at the hotel is very nice. I especially want to thank Mohammed for picking us up when we arrived and helping with everything. And the cook at the breakfast was very welcoming and warm. Many thanks, will definitely stay again when I come to Urgench! One thing to note is that the regular one-person rooms are small with a very small bed. So I would recommend staying in either a deluxe or a two-person room even if traveling solo.

The hotel is in immaculate condition. Everything is clean, everything works, and the staff are extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and warm (I stayed in winter), with an air conditioner. Everything was clean, and there were no funny smells. The bathroom was spotless and the shower had plenty of hot water and high water pressure. The bathroom floor is heated as well. Breakfast was tasty and the staff worked hard to make sure everything exceeded my expectations. I ended up staying an extra night to relax, and will undoubtedly stay again if I return to Urgench. I've stayed at a number of places throughout Central Asia and have never been so comfortable.
