“Enjoy onsen in the Japanese style hotel and tea ceremony at the hills surrounding Ureshino”

We liked the Japanise style of the hotel, especially taking bath in the onsen on the top of the builiding with the nice views at the surroundings. It was great to have the possibility to have very good tea in the lounge downstairs at any time. The stuff was very friendly and helped us with some advices concerning a good restaurant, taxi etc.

An amazing ryokan experience. Very comfortable, spacious room in medium size hotel. Half board included excellent full Japanese buffet including drinks with almost all guests dressed in yukata which we enjoyed. However, that might not suit everyone. Staff were very helpful and written instructions in English were enough to get by.

Nice elegant hotel with freindly staff and super clean room. Onsen facility is sizable. Plenty of car park space. Lobby is huge and warmth. The whole set up / design of the hotel make you feel like home.

Very clean, very easy to understand staff, very nice bathing experience. Loved the wonderful ureshino green tea in the relaxation room! The breakfast was also very nice. This place is good for families and travelers using cars

Sunrise can be enjoyed in the public hotspring [Onsen] at the 10th floor in the early morning. It is fantastic. Outside onsen is also similar. Please do not miss sunrise!

This was the best hotel I stayed in with my family this year! The professionalism and preparedness of the staff was exceptional frankly. But the human kindness with it was touching. My wife and daughter got lovely gifts and the next day my son as well: heartbreaking frankly. The quality of interior design, especially the tea lounge was enjoyable. The onsen had lovely details, an amazing view over the town, and complementary ice-creams the kids enjoyed. This was probably the highlight for my family during our Japan trip, due to hospitality care.

Lots of space , large room, nice onsen. Good location, with some good restaurants with in walking distance . Good traditional breakfast. Staff were very polite and helpful, especially at the check-in counter. Spoke good English and gave good suggestions regarding restaurants and places of interest .
