“Beautiful hotel in a peaceful place”

Beautiful hotel, room is big and has everything you need and in a lovely quiet area away from the bustle of the cities. Wish we stayed longer.

“Comfortable and new”

The staff was very helpful and kind. They helped us choose a nearby onsen. The room was great, very comfortable bed, clean and had all needed. This is where we slept best. No breakfast available, but bakeries not too far. There's a shared kitchen, eating space and lounge. The location was practical. There was parking and the surroundings were quiet. everything was nice and recent.

Clean, nice room with comfortable beds and shower. The lobby is very relaxing and can have simple meals there. Close to the train station and ample parking space.

Lots of free parking available. The room was clean and modern. Wish we could have spent a longer time here. Staff were helpful and checked us in late at night with no trouble.

Property is pretty new. Wasn’t even on Google maps when we stayed. The kitchen in the lobby is extremely well-equipped. Has a complimentary hot drink selection and the WMF coffee machine was superb! Nice room and quiet despite being next to station. Buses at the station.

Very comfortable beds with choice of pillows, good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. New building, very clean. Lots of free parking, very close to Toyota Rental Car agency. Handy to the Shinkansen station. Good coffee machine in lobby. It had coin laundry machines for guest use. We requested a room in a quiet location away from the adjacent train tracks, and we were given one, so we slept well.

First of all, the design of the room is dreamy and so smart! The room has a lot of light, is totally silent despite being a meter away from shinkansens and you just feel like a human being, not a beaten tourist being thrown about in tiny compact hotel rooms for once:) They have a lovely game where you explore local shops and restaurants closeby, which we all totally recommend, you can rent a bike next to the hotel. Overall Ureshino onsen was one of the highlights of our Kyushu trip and I appreciate Fairfield hospitality. Oh and don’t miss their comfy and stylish lounge with lovely tea and miso soup!

Hotel next to station so very convenient. Very roomy & quiet room. Bus to town. Public holiday one night & very difficult to find somewhere to eat but finally found a small pub. Not a particularly pretty town but a great onsen in town.

Lovely hotel, right next to the station, the entire station site looks brand new. The hotel is tastefully decorated, with a beautiful lounge area (sitting and eating areas), there is even a small terrace with tables outside, super friendly staff, very clean, good bedding (2 types of pillows, 1 soft, 1 harder), not very common in Japan), easy parking. There is no breakfast/meal service but we bought our own from a nearby store/bakery and enjoyed our meal in the communal lounge, as did many other customers, its was nice and cozy. The kitchen is well appointed with a microwave, toaster and oven (no dishes, only wooden cutlery) and a free coffee maker (coffee, americano, latte, 2 choices of green tea). The hotels does not have onsen baths but the staff at reception does provide a list and a catalogue of public onsen in the area and offer discounts on entry fees. It was ours 1st time staying at a Fairfield by Mariott and we will definitely try the other ones as well.
