The stay at the hotel left only positive emotions. Walk to the sea takes just a few minutes.. The room facilities are modern. The nicest thing is the owners and hotel staff — positive, kind people who love their work and their guests.

“Relaxed stay close to the beach”

The hostess came on the street to welcome us warmly. The room was very spacious and clean. Being on the end of the village and somewhat hidden, this place makes a good location for who wants to stay in the area but out of the buzz. The beach is just around the corner!

“Picturesque beauty on Ureki Beach.”

A superb, welcoming and very relaxing place to stay. Irena, the owner speaks English really well and was really warm and helpful with any queries we had. We stayed on the top floor in an air conditioned room and a shared kitchen was located on the same floor. We were able to have some washing done for 20 lari. The view from the large balcony/terrace was incredible! It was a highlight eating our dinner there and watching the beautiful sunsets. The hotel is a really short walk to beautiful Magnetiti Beach which was a lovely beach to swim and relax watching all the happy families enjoying their holidays. It was idyllic and had an unhurried pace that is rare to find these days. I highly recommend this beautiful little hotel.

Breathtaking place! All was great! The hotel is in a very good location. It's in a quiet place and only 3 minutes to the beach with unique healing sand. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful♥️. Hope we will stay here again!

Nice rooms, with a good size. Very Clean everything. Good kitchen for self-Catering. Friendly owners who help you with everything. Our daughter Had an accident and there was no Question, that Irina and her husband drove us to the Hospital and translated there for us. The Backyard is also very good for relaxing and the Location is good

A nice and comfortable family hotel in Magnetiti, just a minute walk to the beach. You can have a room with a sea view which is an aesthetic bonus. The best thing about this place are owners, of course. David and Irina are amazing hosts - I stayed at their hotel for over 3 weeks while working on a PhD thesis, the atmosphere was always super friendly and chill. Definitelly recommended.
