The room was tastefully decorated but it wasn't my taste.

Everything, it was better than we were expecting. Gorgeous place and the rooms were fantastic and great value. The location was great as well. I left an item of clothing there and the hotel have very kindly agreed to post it on to me.

Incredibly comfortable bed, fabulous bath, great facilities with coffee machine, kettle, fridge and hot plate. The staff were also so friendly and helpful.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The room was luxurious, spacious and beautifully designed whilst honoring the heritage of the building. The staff were so friendly and hospitable; they made us feel very welcome. The bed was comfortable and the shower area was luxurious. The hotel is in a great location close to the palace.
