Excellent location. The owner very kindly collected us by car from the bus station and gave us a lift when we left. The property is in a quiet area very close to the city centre. The flat was very well equipped much better than similar properties. An excellent venue for two people.

“Very convenient small apartment in a pleasant neighborhood, 10 min to centre”
Very clean apartment with everything you need, quiet area but close to center. I prefered the route to center via the statue of Rafaelo and than the steep Rafaelo street. The other way to go to the center is through a small forest, revealing amazing views to Urbino/Ducal palace and you come to the Borgo Merkatale and Piazza Mercatale. There is heating in the apt. We were given the keys by the lady who lives in the same building. Thank you!

Fabulous welcome and I felt instantly at home. Having checked out from a property in Bologna where not even the smallest piece of soap was left on the hand basin, it was was so relaxing to find a truly generous host who provided everything to make my stay comfortable. It is easy to find from the bus station and easy also to get to all the sites in Urbino. I would totally recommend this monolocale and would love to return.

“Urbino city break”
The location was excellent. Mariella was really helpful and friendly. The studio was well equipped and comfortable. Everything worked very well and there was plenty of space for our stuff, including coat hangers.

Great little room 5 minutes from Urbino old town ran by an excellent, kind host. Good amenities, fully stocked kitchen, nice bathroom, quiet and safe neighbourhood.

“Urbino was sensational and the apartment was a perfect place from which to explore it.”
The studio apartment was spotlessly clean. The bedroom unit provided a divider between the kitchen and sleeping area, which worked really well. We loved the coffee maker and the us of the excellent washing machine. The outside sitting area was a bonus in the good weather.

“Excellent place in Urbino”
Hosted by Marciella and Sophia who were charming, kind and welcoming. Close to everything. Well equipped kitchen. Nice, quiet neighbourhood.
