The location, with its terrace view back to the Palazzo Ducale and easy access to parking for those with a car, is exceptional. The host Edigio was very welcoming and helpful.

Fabulous view of the Ducal Palace from across the main carpark. Apartment was cosy and warm. Nicely equipped. We were kindly collected from the bus and made welcome. There's a pizzeria and bakery very close. The Conad supermarket is up a hill, a ten minute walk (lots of hills here!) Across the main car park there's a 1 euro lift going up into the old town. We were there for a spectacular snowfall (January) and were glad of a cosy place to stay.

“Fairytale Urbino apartment!”

Egidio is a wonderful host - he picked us up from the bus station on arrival and drove us back to the bus station on departure. The apartment is in a stunning location on a hill top with unbeatable views of the Ducal Palace and countryside. It is in a great position near top sights. The apartment is very thoughtfully and charmingly decorated with everything you could want including the best coffee! The host is very easy to contact and gave us good advice about how to make the most of our time in Urbino!

Very good location. Adigio was very helpful and available whenever I needed to get in touch with him. That was a real bonus for me as I was travelling on my own. I am very grateful for that. He even collect me and took me back to the bus station when I arrived and when I left.

The location could not be bettered. The view from the terrace made all the difference and it was a superb place to sit and read or eat meals. Egidio met us and explained everything about the apartment, how to work the air conditioning and so forth, which was a great help. He provided simply masses of tourist information on Urbino as well.

What a view across to the Ducale! Just outside the city walls. A few hills to tread. A lovely terrace, a washing machine (:))) and a very comfy bed. Lovely functioning aircon. If you are driving, the Host (charming and knowledgeable) can help you navigate near to the front door.

What a superb location! I would never tire of the view from the balcony, a perfect place to sit over breakfast or an evening drink and only minutes walk from the centre of town. Very comfortable and pleasant apartment. Egidio was a welcoming and helpful host who helped us up the hill with our luggage and showed us the best place to park. I would love to come back. Just be aware there are a lot of steep hills and stairs in Urbino if that is an issue for you.

This is a fabulous place to stay. The welcome from Egidio, our host was wonderful. He helped us park outside the apartment to unload the car, then accompanied us to the car park (below, in front of the apartment) and helped us buy a ticket for our extended stay. He could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The apartment is in a spectacular location, with, as its name implies, a perfect view of Urbino. On top of that, the apartment is clean and comfortable.

We loved the incredible view of the Palazzo Ducale both day and night. Additionally it was in the perfect location to have the hire car parked so as to avoid having to drive through the old town. Our host was flexible and communicated re arrival, assisted us with check in and orientation as well as information on local attractions.

“Beautiful location”

The apartment is very nice, located just outside the historic center with ample paid parking close by. We were able to drive up to where we could drop our luggage which was very helpful as it's a steep climb to to access the apartment. Everything in the apartment was as described. The terrace is amazing. We ate dinner on it both nights. Excellent location for seeing the town of Urbino.

Eguido's property is a wonderfully traditional apartment, in a quiet part of Urbino, just outside the old towns walls, with stunning views of the old palace. Parking is available close to the apartment. It had everything that we required and more. Very comfortable, and clean, and a pleasure to retire to in the evening.
