Beautiful location and welcoming hosts. To fall asleep to the gentle sound of the river below and wake to birdsong was a joy. A really fascinating house and restored mill below.

An 1837 water mill on a bend in the river, in a place that is as rural as it is restful. The owners were very welcoming and ey offer a very good hearty breakfast made with regional or home-made products. Comfy rooms with autentic rural charm

Anna and Franco are delightful hosts and Anna's homemade breakfasts are delicious and offer good variety. We visited when the temperate was in the high 30's and the room was very hot the first night, however a fan was provided on request making the room much more comfortable. The corner bedroom was spacious and overlooked the creek. The property is in a rural location, requiring a car or bicycles to visit the nearby town of Urbania which we thoroughly enjoyed during our 3 night stay. Urbino is approximately a 30 minute drive from the B&B.

“A warm, welcoming experience”
An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hosts extended such a genuine and warm welcome. The room was comfortable in a rustic style. The breakfast was on time ( important with my schedule) fresh, homemade and generous. We left feeling we had left a place with a real generosity of spirit. A real pleasure.
