An official hotel of Tokyo Disney Resort, Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort is just 5 minutes from the resort on the hotel’s free shuttle. It offers 3 dining options, Disney shops and views of Tokyo Bay. All rooms at Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort include an LCD TV, an electric kettle and a seating area. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from JR Maihama Train Station, and a free shuttle is provided. Bayside Monorail Station is a 10-minute walk, and offers direct access to Tokyo DisneySea and Tokyo Disneyland. Limousine Buses from Narita and Haneda Airport stop at the hotel. After a long day at the park, you can relax with a massage or play some more at the games room. The 24-hour front desk offers currency exchange and rents personal internet access devices. It is one of the hotels closest to Disneyland. The public area is vast and they had three restaurants that open to cater for the breakfast buffet. The free shuttle to Disneyland is a plus although at peak hour (anytime before 10am), the queue can be quite long for that one bus. However, it's quite efficient as a bus comes every 10 minutes during peak period. The check in counter at Maihama train station is also a plus as you can leave your bags at the counter and enjoy the entertainment area around the train station without the hassle of lugging or paying for locker storage if you arrive before 3pm.

“A really nice place to stay, especially if you want to visit Tokyo Disneyland.”
The service that the staff provided is great. The breakfast was good and loved their little dessert shop (light, yummy and the fruit is definitely fresh). A really nice hotel to stay at.

“Great location with good service”
The location is superb and they offer 3 different shuttles from/to hotel. I took the shuttle in the morning to the Disney then came back for a break in the afternoon with a shuttle. They also have a convenient store on the first floor to get anything at night

“Great location for disney and amazing view! r”
Rooms were dated but the view made up for it and although dated, very comfortable and large for Japanese standard. Breakfast at the restaurant on top floor also was amazing!

“We enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable room and pleasant surrounds.”
The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier they tried their best to help us. On arrival we asked for a sea facing room, if available, and our receptionist was kind enough to accommodate our request. The Hotel is on a quiet road, a short distance to the mononrail which services the Disney resorts. There is also a bus service from the hotel to the monorail station. If you are departing Tokyo from Haneda airport, there is a regular, efficient and inexpensive bus service directly from the hotel to the airport. Best to book in advance with the help of the front desk staff.

Breakfast was delicious a variety of Japanese/western and food was refilled although its almost 1000hrs, Staff was efficient. Stayed here for the second time, self service launderette is available and Disney store/Combini too. Rooms looks dated but its very clean toilet no mould. Well-stocked amenities.
