A 2-minute walk from Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line, it offers spacious rooms featuring a Sheraton Sweet Sleeper bed with satin sheets. Each room at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel features a seating area and LCD TV with satellite and cable channels. Balconies offer views of the Disney Resort or Tokyo Bay. Room service is available 24/7. A fitness room and a public bath with sauna are on site, and massages can be requested. The lobby has free-use internet PCs with a printer as well as free W-Fi. On-site luggage storage is available on the day of arrival prior to check-in. Designed like a luxury cruise liner, Café Toastina serves aromatic coffee and pastries. A free shuttle runs to nearby Bayside Monorail Station, from which JR Maihama Train Station can be reached via a 10-minute monorail ride and walk. From Maihama Station, Tokyo Station is a 20-minute train ride away. The hotel is directly accessible from Narita and Haneda Airports via the Airport Limousine bus.

found the club level not easy to get into and very busy. really only open at meal times. Staff in lounge not helpful at all. had difficulty to get in just to get a coffee at meal times. would not stay club again - disappointing

The whole experience was amazing. The hotel staff are always available with a smile and a warm greeting. The breakfast buffet option was very good with plenty of option to choose from. Will definitely be returning.

“Short stay Disney”
The location is perfect for visiting the Disney parks. It was spacious and was comfortable enough. There was a tv playing Disney movies by reception, which was cool. The breakfast buffet was amazing and we enjoyed the grand cafe.

Their considerate bed made for the kids with guard after we requested and they even pushed the bed to the wall so that the baby will not fall. How considerate everything was beyond imagination. All staffs were super friendly and especially one kind lady from front desk, I had to write an special thank you email to the hotel.
