Good breakfast, really helpful and polite staff, shuttle bus to disney, close to shin-urayasu station (there is an airport limousine bus stop), coin laundry with clear instructions (only accept card), konbini inside the hotel

We had a great stay at Hotel Emion Tokyo Bay. The room was spacious and very clean — much more comfortable than we expected for the price. The public bath costs 600 yen per use, but it’s absolutely worth it: clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind after a day at the parks. One of the best parts was the exclusive shuttle bus to Disneyland. It runs every 10–15 minutes and only serves this hotel, so it was smooth and easy to get to and from the park with no stress. There’s a mini Family Mart right inside the hotel for snacks and drinks, and a larger one just a 3-minute walk away. Highly recommended for families visiting Disneyland who want comfort and convenience without staying inside the park.

The shuttle to DisneySea and DisneyLand was great and frequent. The check in process and check out process was quick and effortless. The onsen was nice with a video instruction. Extending our check out time was really easy and seemless. When they made up the room they placed out young sons fluffy animals nicely on the made up bed.
