We loved the special extras you get here. A gift as you book in, a foot massager and all the amenities around the hotel. It’s a great location if you don’t want to be in the hectic side of Disney but close enough to go in. The shuttle was great!

Great rooms with everything you would need. We loved the little touches like the two gifts you could choose every day, the foot massager in the rooms, the slippers and pyjamas, the lovely free soup and drink at night which was very welcomed after a big day at Disney. The staff were so lovely and helpful.

The staff are super friendly and the room is super clean. 2 free small gifts for 1 guest. They’re also provide free shuttle bus to Disney resort station, taking like 15min. But make sure you check the time and come a little bit earlier in case no seat left. Please help me say thank you to the bus drivers, one of them gave their seat to our luggage.

They provide shuttle bus and also a lot of free services, such as free supper (boiled rice in soup) at 9.30pm, 2 x free gifts every day for each guests, foot massager and shoes dryer in room, free drinks from 3pm-12am. The staff members also went the extra miles by bringing our luggage back to our room. They have free shuttle bus to Disneyland as well!

Perfect little hotel that has many perks. The free shuttle bus to and from maihama station, the face mask/deep heat patch freebies, the free supper from 9:30pm, the cheap breakfast buffet for only 1700 yen, the foot massage machine and of course the super friendly staff.

The staff the exceptional and very friendly and helpful! This hotel does the little things well, like little tots for thr kids, an evening meal for free. The room had little things that other hotels wouldn't consider but made the stay so pleasant like a foot massager, shoe dryer, great water pressure. The free shutter to the disney/train station is also great. Can't fault this place and will stay here again during our next Disney Tokyo visit!

The hotel had a very cosy feeling. The included shuttle service to the Disney Resort area was very convenient for us. The breakfast was excellent, and we really appreciated the complementary soup they provided every evening.

Knowing a lot of Japanese accommodations are tiny, we found our room to be just that. But we weren’t surprised, and the four of us worked around it. The beds were super comfy, the foot massager was great, the free little gifts in the foyer were cute, staff super friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was clean and neat, there was fruit infused water available in the foyer, plus things like wash cloths, cotton buds, hair ties available in the foyer too. The free shuttle to and from Maihama Station/Disney was fantastic and easy to use. The best thing on offer is the complimentary Ochazuke (rice soup bowls) in the evening for all guests. Lots of tasty toppings available, pickled vegetables, sesame seeds, wasabi, corn & fish, seaweed, etc. You could choose from hot or cold broth, which was tuna broth. Also available was complimentary soft drinks. If we stay in the Disney area again, we will 100% stay here, will be recommending to others as well. Very happy with our stay, great value for money too.

The staff were super lovely, check in and check out was easy. We had a vending machine on our floor which was super helpful for last minute beer runs😂. I loved the shuttle service to and from Disney, we were only there for three nights but we used it everyday - For Disney itself, for Lalaport shopping mall via Keiyo train Line, and to get to Tokyo station/Shinkansen).

The free dinner at the hotel provides a welcome comfort after a long day out. The room is small, but was compensated with a comfy bed. Highly recommend for a short stay.
