“Recommended”
Excellent staff. Good location. Had left an item which I realised after 2 days. On checking with them via Booking.com, their Lost and Found department confirmed that it was present and we could go back and collect it.

This was my 3rd stay at Flex Stay, I like the convenience of the public bus just outside the accommodation and the check in process is smooth.

“If you’re going to Disneyland stay here! (For couples)”
Incredible staff. They are so kind and helpful. The inn is very close to a 7/11 convenience store that is walking distance! Free shuttles to Disney land/sea. Was the most amazing room. Yes it’s small but it is all part of the Japan experience and also the room is very modern. So we were incredibly happy with our stay. I would love to stay again one day. Thank you so much for having us.

The accommodation is handy to public transportation: train station, bus stops, especially if you're wanting to go to Disneyland before the scheduled shuttles. There are a lot of convention stores within a short walking distance. Great value for money; the facility is very clean. Highly recommend this accommodation especially if you're arriving into Narita Airport.

“Nice, convenient and clean”
Great location for the Disney parks, easy to get a bus pretty much from door to door. The hotel also has a free shuttle service to the parks every morning and back from the parks around closing time. Nice room, fairly big. Had a small fridge, washing machine, desk etc. Bed was comfy, and the first fluffy pillows I'd seen my entire vacation! Staff were very nice and helpful.

“Good location for disney”
It is affordable considering its proximity to Disney! There are 2 public buses very close by that goes to Disneyland and DisneySea and takes about <30mins to get there. The room was nice, cosy, and had enough space for 2 people. There is a full body mirror too which was nice. There was also another mirror that could be propped up for me to do my makeup easily.
