“Great facilities and close to tarin station”

Comfortable room and bedding. The room has all we need for a few nights' stay. Very close to the station, with numerous dining options nearby. It's also very easy to get to Disney via bus.

Staff were lovely and the 24 hour service desk makes it very convenient. The room was okay, we were only in it for sleeping and showering.

We enjoyed the proximity to Narita airport (1 hour by not crowded trains) , its closeness to Disney Resort and surrounding supermarket, Lawson store, tasty dessert corner and Wendy's. The apartment was small, just to sleep and have a comfortable shower, but arranged smart and it was exactly what we needed for 2 nights. There was also a washing mashine included in the room for no additional charge, without the detergent though.

The location is close to lawson, supermarket and farmacy. The room is large.

“I LOVE HERE”

Everything. I think the hotel is perfect for me. Location is very near with Urayashu Station Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Only 5 minutes walk. Not covered by JR Pass, but you can use Suica or Pasmo. I really love the surounding. Far from hustle of tokyo (30 minutes to Tokyo Station). Perfect for family who want to visit Disneyland until the last performance. A lot of store just in walking distance. I mean a lot because you can find : Lawson in 1st floor, , 7/11 and Family Mart in front off station, and Local Supermarket in front of the hotel. I bought new shoes here to change my shoes because my feet hurt in the first day because of it. And i bought many kind of japanese strowberry. Restorant near McD, Wendys, Japanese, chinese, ramen even italian cafe in the corner. Just perfect for my type of holiday. The room is spacious and very clean.. A lot of space. Complete amenities, toileteries, very very very clean towel. The team is very polite and helpful. I love them in the first sight. They have litle playground for your kids playing before check in. I went to Disneyland until 10 pm and back to the hotel by taxi. Only for 2.400 Yen for 5 family member. If you want to take a bus, you can use a bus and the stop is near the hotel.

Location has a 24h grocery and a number of restaurants.

“Huge room. Great Location.”

The location was great. Around the corner was the bus stop for Disney. Super easy to work out. The room was huge compared to what we were expecting. The washing machine. And drying room. That was awesome ! Locally there was heaps of delish places to eat. And also the Lawson downstairs and there was also two grocers near by. Air con was cold which was awesome because outside was so hot ! Beds were comfy - firm- but comfy ! Overall. So so so happy with our stay !

Very close to Urayasu station. Easy to get into central Tokyo. Easy bus ride (many options) to Disney.

“Great location, odd access requirments to the property.”

Great location, washing facilities were very useful although the drying room was hit and miss, overall decent size accommodation.

Convenience areas located just above lawson and supermarkets. Short walking distance to Uruyasu train station, 7Eleven and restaurants. Family friendly. Staff also very friendly.

Property has a Lawson downstairs, 7/11 and family mart 2-5 min walk. Also a grocery store across the road and a big supermarket 5 min walk across from a laundromat. Station is a 5 min walk and Disney bus to Maihama station is a 6 min walk. Excellent location

The location was excellent (accessible to the train station, grocery store, pharmacy and local food spots). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests.

The location is great, near train station, eateries, convenience store downstairs and supermarket across the road. Bus for Disney is around the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful.
