Great buffet for breakfast with bread, jam, eggs, fruits, yoghurt, cheese, ham, pancakes,….swedish frukost is the best! The dinner included plenty of delicious salads served as buffet, there was also crispy bread. There was a vegetable soup for the vegetarians, and tacos, rice and pulled pork. It tasted all good 😊

Good sized room, comfortable bed, quiet. The food was very good and the offer of complimentary "fika" (coffee and cake) was a nice touch.Good location, close to central station, restaurants, bars and cafes.

“It was like coming home, such a warm and welcoming hotel.”
Lovely welcome - fika straight away after a big drive. Then warm and comfortable room. Delicious evening meal included.

Attentive staff, very nice interior decor, good bedding. I had a very good night sleep. And the meals were exceptional. I love how fresh and healthy they were. And the complimentary teas and coffee just washed off all the tiredness travelling.

“Highly recommended!”
Everything! Spotlessly clean hotel in a gorgeous old (but beautifully renovated) building located just near the train station. Room was comfortable and had everything I needed including a kettle and tea, coffee and milk. Breakfast and dinner (provided) were fabulous- lots of choice and good quality food. I was not expecting this and was very pleasantly surprised. Staff were helpful and super friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend!

“Would stay again but managers need to check cleaners”
Staff were amazing .kitchen staff fantastic however ,domestics for bedrooms werent thorough .first room was cold matilda got me a heater and she was lovely and moved me to 314 when room was free .cleaners informed her room was ready.sheets had been changed but bathroom bin full and bedroom floor was dirty needed a good mop ! So not a fault of receptionist but cleaners need to have pride in what they do

Had a wonderful stay! Everything was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were great. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Uppsala!

Breakfast and dinner being included was excellent, the quality was good. The wines were excellent. The room was very comfortable, albeit smallish - but that was known. The gym and relaxation areas were great. I wanted to book a massage, the staff were really helpful with that. Really close to train station which was very handy, a 10 min walk to the old town
