“Great for short stays”
The apartment is very cosy and has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. Additional pool outside is great for kids, and the owner's dog is also very kind and playful. The location is perfect if you're not completely stationed and targeting only Županja. Washing machine is also a plus, as it is functional and can be used, as well as the dryer.

Clean, simple, tidy and cosy. Everything that you need in an apartment for family visit, or checking out Županja and the region. Parking is simple and available. The host was always available for us to help if we needed something. Washer is also handy.

“Lovely people, amazing house and sweet dog. Calm neighborhood!”
Amazing and kind hearted people. The house is lovely, they have super cute golden retriever. The neighborhood was super calm and nice to have a walk. They were super welcoming, tried to provide with everything. Left some sweet treats for us. I even forgot something and they were extremely helpful afterwards. I recommend if you decide to go to Županja to stop here!

Very friendly hosts. Very well equipped apartment with everything you can wish for. Very comfortable bed. Located on a main road in a small village. Easy to find. The owners recommended a fantastic restaurant! Very pleased with our stay!

“A gem in Croatia.”
The apartment was really easy to find and there was offroad parking directly in front of the property. The host was really friendly and he recommended us a great place for dinner (Lambada Bar & Grill). The apartment was very generously proportioned and completely clean. There were only two of us but there was enough space for 5/6 people. The bathroom had everything you need including a washing machine. The kitchen had everything you need although we only stayed one night and only used the kettle. The beds were very comfortable and the heating was powerful. There were two TVs and the WiFi was super fast, we streamed a movie while we were there. Županja is a lovely little town and if we travel back this way in the future we will certainly book again. Very impressed.

“Top place to stay near the motorway”
It was a great find on our journey back home. Even though we stayed for one night, we felt very comfortable and welcome. The host provided a baby cot for our son. We also had a late check out without additional costs. The accommodation looks exactly like on the photos, it's newly renovated and extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

“Great place, excellent host”
We stayed overnight, hosts reallyade sure our stay was comfortable. Cooling in the pool was an added bonus. Location is very convenient.

“Best place to stay in Zupanja”
The owners are super friendly, helpful and nice! The pool is very big and super nice to relax in after a long drive. The house is great, clean and has everything you need, and they allow you to bring your pet (like we did with out dog). The beds were also super comfortable. The location is super convenient to reach from the highway, you can park behind a closed gate. We stay over in Zupanja every year as a spot-over for a 2-day trip, but this is the best place so far and we will try to book it again next year, highly recommended!

Super Apartment and very friendly welcome from the owner even though we arrived very late around 03:00 in the morning. The rooms were very comfortable, warm and very clean. There was coffee, tea, snacks for kids in the kitchen. Also, the private parking was immediately at the entrance of the apartment. We will gladly go back there again. Thank You.
