The location was amazing, the accommodation contemporary and very clean with amazing views. We have actually been back twice as it was fabulous. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The walking in the area is excellent and it is on the Via Alpina route!

It was very clean with large bathrooms and high ceilings in the rooms.

We wanted to hike a waterfall in the area and this hotel was a good location for that. The views were great, the room was large and bed was comfortable. The hotel has been updated and it has a top-notch bathroom. It would have been nice to have nightstands and there was only one chair & a little footstool thing but there is a narrow shelf running behind the bed and we used it for water bottles, glasses, etc at night. The breakfast was very fresh and good with plenty of selection. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is remote and it's a twisty windy road to get to towns on either end but we were prepared for that and it's a perfect location to enjoy Klausen Pass.

amazing hotel

the hotel location is VERY remote , works good if you travelling around and you need a break , the views are amazing but it's kind of misleading to say you got a mountain view room and when you get to the room you need to bend over to see anything as the window is latterly at floor level.
