I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The kitchen facilities in the room were exceptionally clean and well-equipped, with all kitchenware provided being of the premium WMF brand—perfect for a seamless cooking and dining experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The location is excellent—slightly off the city, making it a peaceful and ideal getaway for relaxation. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, even outside regular working hours, which was a major plus. Additionally, the staff was very responsive and promptly answered all our questions on the booking chat channel, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

The fee for dogs is really expensive. It does not make sense to pay 56 euros.It is abusive to ask for it if you stay only 1 night. The hotel should review the concept for short stays.

“Superb”
The kitchen had everything what is needed for people who do cooking. There was enough pace to move around and the outside space utilization was an added bonus. Shower area is a bit to narrow. Somewhere it was difficult for us to find the room.We were searching like a labyrinth. Here I think it will very helpful if they put proper signboards everywhere with the building number and apartment number .

“BEWARE!! Best to avoid for families..”
We had booked 4 rooms for 4 families. We could only locate 3 of the 4 rooms. View from the balcony of one of them was somewhat decent.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Based on the request they even provided a fan (though it was not really needed as the facilities has excellent fresh air. Easy to reach and quite nice place to explore the blackforest area. Excellent and clean sauna facility.

“Family friendly and great location”
Though a resort it was very quiet and private. There were activities for kids and the restaurant served delicious food. We loved the fresh bread service and the honesty shop with basics at the resort itself. Very family friendly and staff helpful. The area is close to many great locations like triberg, titisee etc. With only 45 min to 1hours drives.
