A quiet relaxed rural location, with a nice pond and big deck over looking the countryside. The guesthouse was separate from the main complex, set amongst trees. The room (7) was large and spacious, comfortable bed and big bathroom with shower and bath. Room 7 had its own external access with a split stable door and lots of windows . Secure parking was right outside. Nice meals and a good hearty breakfast was to be had. A nice safe place for a relaxing walk any time of the day.

Chose this venue for Christmas eve dinner, and asked about this on booking. on day arrival they did not want to serve due to setting up for Christmas lunch. ge got fed early but not the experience I had hoped for. Food was not great and cutlery and table cloth dirty. Was move to another accommodation option. It was old and dated
