Jenny and Neil were amazing hosts. They helped us with everything. We loved the great surroundings and they gave us very useful suggestions what to do. We would love to come back.

The hosts were exceptional.. They went over and above to ensure we were well taken care of in every aspect . It was my wife's birthday as well and they really made it special by getting her a gift, booking our dinner reservations and ensuring we had the best view and table at the restaurant.. Highly recommend.

Jenny basically made our trip, she was very accommodating and friendly. The unit itself was well stocked and neat,the fireplace was great aswell. It was in a somewhat quite and remote location which was a big plus.

Nice big cottage in a quiet, scenic, and serene environment. You have your own kitchen, bathroom, lounge, and dining area inside the cottage. The hosts were very friendly and even went the extra mile to help me when I had a car problem and were not fussy about check-in time when I was delayed. The property is load shedding proof. There is shaded parking for your car. Overall, I experienced top-class hospitality.

We received amazing service from Jenny before we even set foot at the property. She communicated right from the moment we made the booking and even recommended a place for us to stop for lunch on our way. Nothing was too much for Jenny and Neil. We particularly enjoyed the drive around the area showing us all that Drakensberg Gardens has to offer and the amazing dinner reservation that Jenny made for us at a nearby restaurant. When my husband had trouble connecting for work, Neil went over and above to assist. We can't recommend a stay at the Cottage enough.

The location and the feel you got when you drove up to this perfect little gem was warm and inviting. The inside was just perfect for the 2 of us. The owners Jenny and Neil were warm and welcoming.

The property is really well equipped, the kitchen has almost everything you could need for a sort to medium stay and it was spotless. The views are lovely over the mountains and a nearby lake, and the location was really convenient for us as we wanted to be close to popular hiking trails. The fireplace adds a touch of romantic charm and lovely heat on cold nights. The owners were super friendly and helpful and gave lots of useful advice.

Jenny and Nel were very good hosts,loving and taking us around to show us where to go for our activities. We really appreciated their hospitality.

The peacefulness and tranquility and the warmth and care from the hosts. The chocolate cake and fresh eggs were a lovely touch.

What an amazing experience! Our hosts, Neil and Jenny, made us feel right at home. They went out of their way to make the weekend magical! They even arranged dinner for us at last minute at Castleburn Restaurant. We also made use of the Magic Mobile Massage therapists for a super relaxing couples massage. They came to our cottage, we had a nice warm fire going in the fireplace and absolutely loved every minute of the Massages! We would highly recommend using them!

We like that the cottage is cosy and centered close to all amenities. Jenny made it feel like home away from home for us,very welcoming. She made sure we were on time for our horse ride. We love her and her husband. The morning view of the lake is everything.
