The hotel upgraded me to a suite, which I appreciated at first, but unfortunately the room was full of flying insects everywhere. It made the stay very uncomfortable and disappointing, especially for a suite that is supposed to offer a better experience. I hope the hotel improves cleanliness and pest control because this was unacceptable.
