It's a small studio with modest cooking facilities and an almost private garden in the back. Very secluded and perfect for peace and quiet.

It’s a nice accommodation with three rooms for rent, a shared kitchen, and a garden in front of the house. I stayed in Room No. 3, which also had a lovely jungle-like backyard—I loved it. Possible: wash your laundry 🧺

“Peaceful little home”

Clean, comfortable room with private bathroom, desk, and clothes rack. They give you a towel and let you do laundry for free (so kind). I slept really well here. Nice to have a common kitchen too. The garden is beautiful and the animals are friendly. Exceptional value for money.

Spacious room, behind dschungel feeling but some mosquitos, window mosquito net has holes, so if you close windows its getting out of air, little moldy smell, bed comfortable, pillow little hard, kitchen and washing machine available for free, owner very nice and helpful, thanks a lot, quiet area, 20 min walk to nice beach

The owners were very helpful with me finding transport back to the villa after a night out! Very grateful for that as I was a solo traveller

“Your small privat jungle”

We had super nice stay,.. 4 nights,.. lucky to be visited by monkyes and big lizard,.. plenty of other jungle animals as well,.. It is super close to train station for your trips You can do small cooking here or use washing machine Wifi connection wasnt the fastes one,.. bring your own as backup,.. or just use this as opportunity to be without,.. no big deal for us

Really nice place to stay. Nice shared kitchen with gas hub, fridge, blender and washine machine. Big room with confortable bed, table and chair, and nice toilet with hot watter. Nice common room with tables and chairs to have diner. The owner was really nice, always available and very discrete person. Really close to train station and 5 minutes walking from bus stop.

“Amazing value for money”

This place is just perfect for everything you need for a comfortable and affordable stay. The value for money is incredible, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge and wifi all available. Sometimes I worry about staying in ‘non-AC/fan’ rooms but the fan was super strong and I actually felt abit cold which is great for me in this heat! Additionally, the location is less than a 10minute walk to the main road will all shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend and will be back if I need somewhere to stay in Unawatuna!

All were good very peaceful environment and they do have a rent a bike exactly opposite

Sampath and the family helped a lot when my car broke down. They were so friendly. They even had milk rice and sweets for me every morning even though the breakfast was not included. It was a very convenient location to the beaches. The room was clean and well kept and there was good kitchen with cutlery and other equipments. Best value for money.
