“The best villa in Lanka”

Very clean and modern what is rare in Sri Lanka. Close to everything Very helpful, responsible host. Jacuzzi in every room, conditioner, refrigerator, hair dryer! Balcony

Clean and modern. You could tell they hold high standards. I left my shampoo in the shower and they let me come back and grab it which was nice.

“Lovely stay for 2/3 nights”

The breakfast was delicious, and they made large dishes and lots of variety. Eggs, toast, jam, platters of fruit, coffee, water, fresh smoothie. I also arrived late in the evening and the hostess prepared me a lovely plate of rice for dinner and fruit (charged of course) but all last minute which was very nice and acomodating of them. The hosts were very hospitable and friendly. The two men on the staff excellent and helpful. It was a quiet area even though close to main roads. A 20 minute walk to the beach which was not too far and you pass some shops and busy areas.

The overalll stay was excellent. The hotel is clean and tidy and tucked off the main road. It was very quiet even being near to the road. The staff were able to accomodate for an early departure, by preparing a breakfast basket.

Everything. The family and staff were exceptional. Kind and helpful and only wanted for your stay to be perfect in every way. The owners were teachers and worked in the week but loved to catch up in the evenings and make sure you were happy with everything. Good location. Short walk from main road yet peaceful and quiet. Fabulous breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. Constant hot water. Spacious with large wardrobe and excellent air conditioning and fan. Tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Huge bathroom. Jacuzzi bath. Great shower separated from toilet area so floor not constantly wet. Couldn’t fault anything. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Location was in a very quiet area only a 15 minutes walk to restaurants and the beach. We arrived early and they welcomed us with a nice cold fruit juice and told us to wait 5 mins and our room would be ready (which we didn't expect but really appreciated thanks.) The breakfast was out of this world beautiful Sri Lankan breakfast, you must try the buffalo curd and treacle it was delicious 😋 The staff and owners were lovely. Our room was spacious with good A/C, wait till you see your jacuzzi bath.

Excellent stay at Villa 73. From start to finish everything was great. The owner and staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely care about their guests. The breakfast was amazing — one of the best we had during our trip. We had a very early Yala safari and they prepared breakfast for us at 2:30 AM, which was truly exceptional service and very much appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a jacuzzi in the room, perfect for relaxing. The location is also very good — quiet, pleasant, and convenient. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place with great service, comfort, and a personal touch. Would definitely stay here again.

The hosts were amazing and took really good care of us since the beginning. The hotel has only five rooms so each guest are treated individually. The breakfast was stunning, the best we have had in Sri Lanka and many other countries so far. Everything was clean and perfect. There was a gym almost across the road.

What we especially liked: · Perfect Location: Very convenient! Everything you need is nearby: shops, a pharmacy, delicious restaurants. And it's just a few minutes' walk to the wonderful Unawatuna beach. · Comfort and Cleanliness: The rooms are spacious, very clean, and fresh. It has everything: a powerful air conditioner, reliable Wi-Fi, all necessary toiletries. For those with transport, there is convenient parking. · Delicious Food: We booked with breakfast included — it was incredibly tasty and hearty! You can also order lunch and dinner upon prior request. We highly recommend it — the cooking is simply amazing! · The Hosts' Hospitality is the Main Highlight! They are not just managers, but very kind, responsive, and genuine people. They always help with advice and suggestions. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from and above all, owners are wonderful people, so kind and friendly. They are very welcoming and affectionate.
