We had an unforgettable stay at the Horizon. Waking up in the jungle to see monkeys in the trees was out of this world! The staff were incredibly helpful, and made a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast. My room had stone features which really made it unique. Dalawella and Turtle beach are within walking distance or you can tuk-tuk / taxi to Unawatuna. We would definitely return.

Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the room and excellent service from the staff. Good breakfast. Great little restaurant/cafe to the left of the front exit. Super cheap prices & good home-cooked Srilankan food with a friendly service.

“An place with stunning views and great staff”

We stayed at the top-most apartment. The views are absolutely stunning. The staff was amazing, I've traveled quite a bit and the guys who work there are some of the nicest and hard working I've met. The apartment terrace is nice and there are monkeys living in the trees just meters away. The food at the property was delicious, and every day we enjoyed incredibly tasty fresh juices.

Location , room was out of this world fish tank in the bathroom built into a rock. Staff were polite and funny, very helpful. Lakshan and Sunera were always there to help with luggage , drinks and provided us with the best stay.

We were there 3 nights. Everything was perfect. The restaurant was good, the team did everything to make us feel good. Beautiful and big room, the bed was very comfortable and it felt like we were in a jungle. We saw monkeys in front of the porch. You can easily order a tuk tuk and its nice to walk in the area. Very recommended!

“TOP!”

We had only on night at the Horizon Hill Top Villa but it was really nice there! A very warm welcome with some fresh coconut, dinner at the balcony of our room and very friendly staff which helped us with all the needs we had. You can also rent a scooter there and book some trips directly at the reception. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back again!

“A Wonderful Stay with Thoughtful Service and Excellent Amenities”

The manager was very friendly and made sure our expectations were met. The accommodation gives away a free water bottles at the end of the stay, which, for me, is a thoughtful gesture even if it’s small. The room was clean and very nice. Both Sri Lankan and Western breakfasts were amazing. Especially the passion banana pool juice, it tasted like heaven. The amenities were superb.
