Lovely fresh breakfast fruit lots of coffee and toast and eggs if we wanted it - suresh was lovely host - the room was on the beach but the beach was not suitable for swimming as too rough

Location was perfect, right on the beach close to a lot of the attractions. And the rooms were so clean, for the price it was totally worth it.

This place is heaven on Earth. The location is unbeatable. Our room was simple but you wake up with sounds of waves and the most beautiful view on the ocean so doesn’t really matter. Don’t expect anything luxurious, the proximity of the beach is a real luxury in this case. Breakfast was simple but yummy and convenient. Not quite sure what takes so long to make it but you will wait a long while, so ask in advance if you are in hurry to go somewhere. The place is super close to the turtle beach with massive turtles so if you like to swim in a quiet ocean with these dinosaurs, this is the place.

The view is the best you can get in Sri Lanka, the sea is at your footsteps 😊the terrace is a big plus! The "villa" is a very basic little house, the beds are reasonable, but it is very damp / mouldy due to the sea. The windows doors cannot be locked in all the rooms: we got visitors from a stray dog / cat/ fireflies and of course the ants and other insects. There was no mosquitonet nor a place where you could install one. There were mosquitos so that did not feel comfortable. The breakfast is nice: a sandwich, pot if tea and some fresh fruits. It is prepared with a lot of attention/time and if you are not in a hurry: this is really nice.
