I had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa on the 2nd floor with a private entrance. The owners live on the 1st floor and are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The villa is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a refrigerator, blender, toaster, kettle, and a gas stove for cooking. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a shower, which is very convenient. The location is perfect, just across the street from the beach. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

The hosting family is really friendly, just across the beach with access where they own a restaurant. Easy to catch a bus/tuktuk to get around. The apartment is big and had 2 terraces. It has the washing machine, kitchen utensils, ventillators. There's a safe deposit box for valuables. It is very reasonably priced.

“Just wonderfull!”
The apartment was big (3 bedrooms, each with separate bathroom and hall and small kitchen - all second floor of the villa), hot water, washing machine, all was there. The kitchen had all cooking utensils, even a blender for cocktails. There was no conditionersm but I hate them, so it was the best for me. There are also 2 terraces where you can have a meal in the fresh air. The host Indika and his wife Pijumi are wonderful persons, helpful, giving great advice and arranged our transfer to the airport. The host's family owns the hotel across the street and we were able to have a good value and delicious breakfast and lunch there. We felt like at home. The host's family makes souvenirs and they are half the price of tourist spots.

Thanks a lot to the owner of this villa and to his wife they are so hospitable and kind, they were helping us with everything. And their house is amazing and so much space inside. There is a restaurant with a beautiful view of the owner’s father across the road , everything is so delicious.

“Perfect for families”
We are very happy we stayed at this accomodation. The family lives downstaires, they are really nice and welcoming. They have a cute little rabbit which my kids loved. They brought us toys and blew up a little pool for the kids. And also they helped us with anything. The upper floor is for guests, it is spacious with a living room and kitchen. The location is perfect for families; on the other side of the road is delawalla beach, a place where kids can swim (because of the rocks it is safe, no big waves).
