Just a stone’s throw from the turtles and Tuk Tuk ride to Unawatuna. Oh and there’s the pool to relax by. You will be pleasantly surprised and enjoy every moment of your stay.

“Perfect!!”

All was great. It felt like 5 start luxury hotel. Dont hesitate to book, yes the price might be higher than some other options, but trust me it's worth every cent. Tasty breakfast, kind owner, excellent service. Pool is big and clean, used it every day 2-3 times per day. If you want smth around Unawatuna, maybe this appartment would be the best option, you can take Tuk-Tuk for Central Unawatuna Beach. Turtle beach which is nearby is also fine, but a bit crowded.

Lovely property with big spacious clean rooms. It has a lovely pool area where you can have your breakfast. Praveen was great and looked after us really well. He cooked great breakfasts and did our washing. Nothing was too much trouble Great location only 5 minutes walk to the local turtle beach and easy access by Tuk Turk to Unawatuna and Galle Fort for some great restaurants.

“Great Short Term Stay”

The room was nice and large with a large ensuite bathroom. The AC worked well. The breakfast was served beside the swimming pool. We were happy to be further out of Unawatuna Beach, We were able to park our Tuk Tuk inside the property. The staff are lovely and helpful.

Very comfy rooms, great host, excellent breakfast and close to everything we needed. Very helpful and friendly service. Pool was really clean and nicely kept area. Rooms have fridge and large bathroom with shampoo and body wash. Aircon and fans all working well. Free WiFi. Turtle beach and swimming beach 2 minute walk. Close to Galle Forte and Unawatuna beach.

This place truly felt like a home away from home. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The house itself is huge, with a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy common area, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the breakfast was absolutely lovely. What really sets this place apart is the owner and staff—they were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always went above and beyond to arrange anything we needed or offer great recommendations. Their warmth and helpfulness made the experience unforgettable. It was a wonderful stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more—1000%!

“Amazing - stay there”

Amazing 3-night stay. I booked very last minute as my other accommodation fell through and they sorted me out within minutes. The room and bathroom were absolutely spotless. The room was large and comfortable, plenty of space, and the balcony is a bonus. There is a large kitchen for guests’ use and the pool area is amazing. Peaceful and clean. Nice breakfast. The best thing are the staff and owner who make your stay special.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious accommodation near the beach. We greatly appreciated the pool. The hosts were very kind, accommodating, always willing to advise and help with everything. They prepared fantastic breakfasts, which we always looked forward to and were served by the pool.

I loved the breakfast by the pool. Amazing breakfast. Room was fabulous. The owner is lovely and speaks good English.The waiter was so helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Even made us afternoon English Tea. It is just a few metres from turtle beach where you can swim in the lagoon with turtles. We even helped some hatchlings into the sea. There are great food places around it too. Don't miss this place

A very lovely place to stay at! I can definitely recommend it. The rooms are new and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Toiletries are provided for each guest. The water pressure was good for both cold and hot water. Each room has a mini-fridge with a freezer, safe box, drying rack, and hair dryer. It is so well-thought and comfortable. Each guest is provided with 1 bathroom towel and 1 beach towel. There are 4 rooms available. The biggest room is really bright and spacious and has a big window overlooking the pool. Then there are 2 rooms with a shared balcony (each has a hammock) and a pool view - this is a really great option if you book 2 rooms, which we did. If you don't want to share it, there is a folding screen to give you privacy from other guests. Finally, the last room is the smallest, with a small glazed balcony facing the street. Breakfasts are really, really good - tasty and filling. The kitchen is also available for you with all the appliances. The property has a pool (very clean!) with sunbeds and a shower. It is a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Next, the location - it is 10/10. There are 2 shops around (one of them belongs to the property owner and his family). The turtle beach with sunbeds is a couple of minutes walk away. There is a great variety of cafes with truly delicious food around. You can exchange money at a jewellery store (the rates are very decent). A bus stop is there for you as well if you want to go to Galle, Unawatuna or anywhere else. A railway is next to the property yet I cannot complain at all, I wasn't disturbed by it all. To sum up, this place is 10/10, we actually stayed there for 3 extra days. Loved it!
