We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great. This was the only apartment in Sri Lanka where we truly slept well — very comfortable and peaceful. The nearest beach is just a 10-minute walk away, which was perfect. The hosts were always helpful when needed and really made an effort to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Such kind and lovely people! You can also rent a scooter or arrange tuk-tuk services directly with them, which was very convenient. Thank you so much — we will definitely come back!

“Perfect, peaceful stay”

The room is large and spacious with vaulted high ceilings. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed including a mocha to make coffee. The location was super peaceful, the balcony is high in the canopy with beautiful views of jungle all around. Gayan and his family were very friendly and there is a little shop across the road where you can buy fruit, eggs, bread, coffee, toiletries and more. The location is perfect, about a 10 minute walk to turtle beach one direction and 10 minutes walking to the Sri Yoga Shala where you can go to do drop-in classes. Surfing beaches are also a short tuk tuk away. The lunch I had at the property was fresh, delicious and very large portions! The balcony was a perfect spot to chill and read or work on your laptop, the WiFi worked perfectly. Overall it’s a great place to have a relaxing stay, close to everything but away from any madness. My favourite place I’ve stayed in Sri Lanka so far!

Friendly family operated room above the family home. We booked very last minute because our original planned accommodation could not provide an acceptable room.

Property is located in a great location, close to all beaches. The host was very helpful and sweet. Wifi, facilities everything is awesome.

“A nice stay, with nice people & away from the action if you want a quiet time.”

it was like a home stay, Diyan & his family were welcoming, warm & friendly. The room wince nice & clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was very good, the family let us use the washing machine & Diyan has his own tuktuk which was handy for going into town. We really liked sitting on the balcony & chilling with a few beers watching the world go by.
