Location is around 7m walk away from the ocean. Pool is not cooled, but clean and available in the evening

“Best hotel in Unawatuna”
Room was excellent, cleaned and bed changed daily, and fresh bottled water daily,nice hot powerful shower, fridge,safe,air-conditioning,fan, and mosquito net all included. Dining area was great and pools with Sunbeds. Was allowed to park are tuk tuk across the road at another part of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was included.

I like this hotel, just didn't realise that the room I booked was not in the "main area" where I have enjoyed their little cottages before. Very nice hotel though with 2 pools!

The front desk was a lady her name Zahra and she was the best thing in this hotel. She’s very kind. She’s very nice.
