“Calm and pleasant.”
The property was clean and peaceful. I was able to work remotely on the wifi with little difficulty. It is located a short walk to the beach and to the central area. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Great location. Spacious and clean rooms. Helpful staff. The manager Mr. Sanath went out of his way to make last hour arrangements for a drop-off to the airport at very reasonable rates.

We had a wonderful stay at Epic Unawatuna Hotel. Everything was really good — the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying; we enjoyed fresh fruits, juice, bread toast, and for the main meal we chose the English breakfast with pancakes — they were absolutely delicious! The location is perfect — very close to Unawatuna Beach, where you can easily go for a bath, and also near Galle Fort and Galle town. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to visit again next time!

“A hidden gem!”
Such a beautiful building, gorgeous garden, comfy beds and exceptional service from the staff. Has a little restaurant on-site, very reasonable. Some extra touches like tea/coffee in room, TV and modern bathroom.

My husband and I love this place! It’s our go-to spot whenever we want to get away from the Colombo rush. The staff are super friendly, and Mahesh is simply the best - they always make us feel right at home. The food is really good, and while it’s a small place, it has so much charm. Highly recommend for a peaceful escape!

“Perfect Stay at Epic Unawatuna”
Just stayed at Epic Unawatuna and honestly it was a solid 10 out of 10 experience. It was our first time there and it totally lived up to the hype. The whole place is super aesthetic, cozy and calming, the perfect spot to just relax. Our room was spotless and completely matched the ocean vibe. All the towels, bedsheets, the room itself and even the bathroom were perfectly clean, which made the stay super comfortable. The staff were amazing, super friendly and gave us all the insider info on places to check out around Unawatuna. The beach is just a short walk away and they even provided free towels. Facilities were way above expectations and the food was really good, especially breakfast. When we decided to stay another day, it wasn’t made into a big deal at all. Even with room services, it was literally just one call and everything was sorted instantly. One thing I genuinely appreciated was that as locals we were treated the same as non-locals, which is such a plus. For the price you are paying, everything feels more than worth it. We originally booked for one night but ended up staying two because everything was just that good. Epic really is epic!
