Quiet location, 10 mins in Tuctuc from centre of Unawatuna. Kind and helpful hosts, Raju and Stella. Raju arranged taxi to udawalawa and also Safari trip to national park - thank you Raju.Pleasant outside living area with kitchen and fridge. Lovely garden with trees and plants. Comfortable beds with mosquito nets. Strong WiFi.

Sitting on the veranda in the morning and watching all the wildlife(monkeys lizards birds and chipmunks). It's a beautiful villa in the mountains, and the hosts are really friendly.

Amazing stay at Dionis villa! Great location, walking distance to the town but on the edge so it’s very quiet and peaceful. Situated in the jungle you see so much wildlife from your window! Raju was an amazing host and made our stay really special.

“Unforgettable stay!!!”
Fully equipped, renovated and cozy apartments. Very well decorated and immersed among trees, plants and flowers. Equal distance from the best beaches in the area, the famous Unawatuna and the paradisiacal Jungle Beach, as well as the Japanese Pagoga. We stayed for a whole month and decided to extend our stay for two more months because the place and the hosts (Raju and Francesca) were absolutely fantastic. You can see the monkeys from your apartment and hear the sounds of the peacocks during the sunset, buy fresh fish at the fishmonger and bread at the baker who passes by Dionis Villas. There are also convenience stores and restaurants with Sri Lankan specialties nearby. 100% recommended for long or short stays and very comfortable for working remotely. We will definitely go back!!!

Excellent!!! Very quiet and peaceful place. The house is located in a beautiful shady green garden. An ideal place for independent living. Very large, spacious rooms with stylish interiors. The kitchen with everything you need for cooking is in the fresh air. Working wifi. Friendly owner and staff. The road to the villa is uphill (but for me this is not a problem). Therefore, a daily five-minute cardio workout is guaranteed to you). Enjoyed every day of being here. I want to come back again!
