“Great place and amazing staff”

If you want to get away from it all, this is the place for you. the villas are on a hillside set around two beautiful pools and the jungle and its wildlife envelopes you. Rooms are comfortable and large. Owner and staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is simple but fresh and tasty. It is a short (10 min walk) to the beach and a selection of Restaurants. The walk is easy, but take a torch after dark. Beach access is easy. When you get to the main coast road, there is a free access passages 50 metres to the right. or go straight ahead across the road to the owners brother's hotel, which has a great restaurant overlooking the beach

“Little secret oasis”

Lovely relaxed property, perfect for a few days of relaxation. Close to the Beach & also close to yoga, fitness studios. The owner, staff and not forgetting his lovely dogs were all so friendly, room was comfortably and clean, it has a real homely vibe. Would defiantly recommend staying here ☺️

Our stay here was very short, arriving in the afternoon and leaving early in the morning. But it gave us everything we needed. The owner was extremely helpful in every way.

Hospitality was excellent. Myself and my parents had a great time during the stay. The swimming pool was well maintained. Food was superb and the owner was very kind & provided great hospitality during the entire stay

Big space with great views and nature (including peacocks!) Great to have a pool that we were only sharing with a small number of people. Helpful and welcoming staff and host. Good restaurant nearby which is in beautiful beach setting.

We loved the size of the room, the pool was excellent and the host was friendly and welcoming. We had delicious Sri Lankan curry on our first evening too. Great aircon, fan and wifi.

“Exactly what I was looking for. Near to everything but immersed in nature”

Location. Set back in nature. Lots of monkeys peacocks and birds. Two clean pools. Beautiful well kept gardens. Very peaceful. Large rooms which are well equipped.

The pool was a good size, though it was not always clean. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit juice and fresh fruit. the cook was attentive and offered eggs cooked whichever way we preferred. We found a really reliable tuk tuk driver who took us into Galle on a few occasions and picked us up afterwards at very reasonable rates. Tuktuk drivers in Sri Lanks are always good in agreeing a price for the journey beforehand, and its such a cheap way to travel. The manager was helpful when he was available.

Family five, stayed four nights, two rooms. Very pleasant. Super Sri Lanka breakfast. Great pool. Easy walk to Dalawella beach to swim with and feed turtles. Good connections to Unawatuna and Galle. Really pleased we chose Beach Grove.

Lovely place to stay. A bit further away from the city (walking distance) therefore in a secluded, surrounded by a jungle. Cozy but spacious room with a HUGE bathroom. Very friendly staff!

“We love it!”

It's a very peaceful and quiet place. Beautiful garden, two pools and very clean rooms, hot water in the bathroom. Very comfortable beds. People working at this place are very nice, helpful and friendly. You can rent a scooter, there is as well a tuk tuk available if you want to go for example to Unawatuna Town. The owner is as well very kind and he's always ready to help you with anything or to answer your questions. We really enjoyed our stay there!

“Fantastic stay in Unawatuna!!”

We had a wonderful time at Beach Grove. The place was beautiful! Room was spotlessly clean and breakfast was good. The owner and staff were really great and very welcoming. The villas are around 15 mins walk to the nearest beach set in a beautiful location amongst the wildlife. There are 2 pools which are great to relax after a day out in the sunshine. I would love to visit again if I ever get the opportunity. Keep up the good work!
