Hotel room was amazing nice and spacious with a kitchen that had everything you needed. The spa upstairs was lovely as well. Parking garage was good. The town it is in was lovely and nice local food as well.

I have stayed in many different hotels, including high-level hotels in Austria, and in general the price–quality ratio here was fair. It’s a decent hotel. The modern spa was really great and honestly it saved our trip, because after skiing we spent a lot of time there and really enjoyed it. One more important point is that there is very little space for clothes and luggage, and it is difficult to unpack and organize your things. The bathroom and shower are located directly in the bedroom, which may feel uncomfortable for some guests. For a longer stay, for example a week-long ski trip, this can be quite inconvenient because there is not enough storage space. The room design could be better planned in this regard. We are a big family – two adults and three children. We stayed in the room that was offered to us on Booking, but it was quite small for our family. I realized that two bedrooms are definitely not enough for a family of five for a week, so it would be better to book two separate rooms. Overall, the hotel is good, but I’m not sure that I would come back again.

This hotel was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in! Totally unique, it smells amazing everywhere, the spa facilities were incredible and we could use at no extra cost. The communal areas were spacious and stunning! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Free parking available and a great location for hikes, hitting the slopes, Aqa Dome spa, Area 47 etc.

Absolutely gorgeous place, the decor is beautiful and it is very clean. The rooms were spacious giving a luxury feel, with lovely products as an extra touch. The spa was a lovely addition, which a lovely tranquil space. The staff were really friendly and accommodating especially the receptionist. The Mountain View’s from our room were very scenic. We absolutely loved our stay. A huge thank you to nevi the receptionist your an absolute credit to the hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly, and special thanks to Jenny for the ketchup. The spa area is very cozy, and the water in the outdoor pool was pleasantly warm. The apartments were clean and well equipped, with everything you might need for the first few days.

This is an exceptional property. Centrally located in the Otzal region with easy access to the main through road and bus services. The rooms are stylish and modern. The spa and pool area are beautifully designed and luxurious. We had an amazing time and would love to go back someday.

The hotel is super modern, clean and nice. The apartments have fully equipped kitchens, bed is massive and super comfy, nice heating system keeps the rooms toasty. The breakfast was super delicious. The underground parking super convinient specially when weather outside is not so good and you need to load and unload the car. The staff was super friendly and professional. I did like a lot the toilet layout, it is something else and not your typical boring and lack-lustre style, top quality. I will repeat for sure when I come back to the region.
