Appartement Lea enjoy a quiet location next to the lifts amid the small Umhausen-Niederthai Ski Area. Shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in 2 to 5 minutes and all apartments have a terrace offering mountain views. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a private bathroom and a living room with a comfortable seating area and satellite TV are further features of each apartment. Fresh bread rolls can be provided every morning and a bakery is 400 metres away from Appartement Lea. Wi-Fi and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer is available on site. Cross-country skiing tracks can be accessed right next to the Lea apartments. The Umhausen Bathing Lake and the Ötzidorf Stone Age museum are 7 km away. The Sölden Ski Area is reachable within a 35-minute ride on the shuttle bus. From 1 December 2016 to 30 April 2017 the Niederthai Card is included in the price offering free use of all lifts, cross-country skiing tracks, sledge tracks, a Stuibenfall lantern hike, a cross-country skiing lesson, biathlon once per person and the use of the public ski bus.
