Second time here. Yet again: friendly and courteous hosts, bigger apartment than expected, not new, but clean and very well equipped, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. On the whole - exceptional value. We had quite a luck with the weather (snow) so at the moments we (again) experienced Niederthai winter fairytale and had included (and groomed) family ski slopes (which are literally at the doorstep of the house) completely for ourselves. Quite a surreal experience. :)

“Perfect!”
Just perfect ... optimal position in village - literally next to ski slope (perfect for beginners) for which ski cards are in included in price (Niederthai card). We unexpectedly got bigger apartment which was very nice gesture from the owners, which were in general very friendly and professional in every possible aspect. For instance ... they surprised us with birthday cake for one of our kids. Total surprise! :) Apartment was spacious (especially bathroom) and itself was very, very well equipped and maintained. It may not have the newest of fanciest furniture ... but everything was in perfect working order and well kept! You also get access to heated ski room (also heaters for ski boots) from which, as I mentioned, are only few steps to the ski lift. Niderthai itself (and its local slopes for alpine and cross country skiing) are heaven for those that are seeking peace and tranquility, far (but not in the terms of distance!) from hustle and bustle of major ski resorts. Winter fairytale ... seriously! Totally recommend it!

Great location with amazing views of the Alps. The host family is very friendly. Ideal location for trips around Oetztal. There is a kids corner in the ground floor. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our holidays very much. Thanks for delicious cakes.
