Appartment in a modern newly built Austrian house in a quiet Austrian village on the 1.5 km attitude among the mountains. Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain. The hosts, a young family, explained everything we'd like to know. The bedrooms were situated in the underground floor, but due to a special design of a house and windows had enough of day light. Heated wooden floors. Very well organized big living room with kitchen and a big table for the whole family. Wifi Internet was strong, beds were very commfortable. Large bathroom combined with toilet was on the level with bedrooms and additional toilet was on the level with living room. It's possible to charge your EV if you hhave your own AC charger with you, parking slot has a 3P socket. Road to Aquadome takes less than 20 minutes, to Solden - about 30 minutes, to Gurgle - 40 minutes. There are plenty of hiking routes nearby the village.

Super clean, well equiped kitchen, you have all you need for your comfort stay. Really nice location and host was super nice. We enjoyed calmleness and peaceful of the montains there with our family.

We love this cute and cozy wooden hut. Located in a much quieter and beautiful village close to ski slopes and ski school. Comfy beds, clean bathroom and lovely Xmas decors everywhere. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Lounge is comfy and bright with one shared toilet too. The host Denis is super friendly and helpful. Offered us lots of tips for local area. We would love to come back here soon for a ski holiday with friends.

Interesting location in the Niederthai valley 1500 m a.s.l. The road up the hill is quite good and access was not a problem in September. There is no shop downstairs, but you can order bread delivered to your apartment. There are many paths and tourist routes.
