Overview
This stylish design hotel is directly opposite Umeå Central Station. It offers free Wi-Fi, a Scottish pub and an Italian-American restaurant. All rooms have Carpe Diem beds, tea/coffee facilities and a 42-inch flat-screen TV. ProfilHotels Aveny’s rooms are brightly decorated. Each room has a tiled bathroom with a rain shower. Some rooms have a private spa bath. Our in-house restaurant Angelini serves classic Italian-American food in a fresh setting. The cosy pub Pipes of Scotland offers food, drinks, quizzes and live music shows. A popular breakfast buffet is served each morning. Aveny Hotel’s guest have special price at two different gyms. The Norrland Opera House is a 3-minute walk away, while the main shopping streets are 400 metres from the hotel.

“it’s worth staying in this hotel.”
the hotel was in the city centrum which means alot of restaurants and coffee shops were in the vicinity. the staff were very kind and helpful.

“Love this hotel!”
Unique and very cool design! Very friendly and helpful staff. The cleaner made the bed even though I'd only requested emptying the bin (because of the cat). Loved the kitchen vibe the sink placement gave. The food at Angelinis was fantastic!! We will return. Thanks for the upgrade btw.

“Excellent facilities, service and location for good value for your money”
The intelligent room design, comfy bed, and breakfast were very good, with multiple options, even for a gluten-free person. The internet was very good, and the location was excellent for walking around Umea and sightseeing.

Very close to the city center, reasonably priced and parking for a reasonable fee. Nice ambience. The room was small, but so intelligently arranged that it did not bother me.

Room was nice. Breakfast tasty and there was variation between days as certain things seemed to be not available. Good for taking a train. Also, the sport equipment provided in the room is very good, especially together with plenty of proteins available at breakfast.
