The room is very big, clean and very well located near the historical centrum of Umbertide. The kitchen is nice and the bathroom was recently renovated. The bed is also comfortable.

“It served our needs - clean and somewhere central to sleep.”
The room, if a little bare, was super clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is good for the centre of Umbertide. We thought that a couple of glasses could have been supplied. The coffee machine and fridge were in a shared area with another room, so that on our last morning the coffee machine was blocked with used coffee capsules.

“Great stopover for the weekend.”
The proprietor was very kind upgrading us to a much bigger and more comfortable room, since the ceiling was rather low in the room originally book. Very kind, and otherwise unobtrusive.
