“Couldn't be better.”
Couldn't be better. It was spacy, Paolo knows how to manage the place. The parking lot was inside. Snack and coffee and water was ready. Just great!

“Exceeded our expectations. 10/10 on everything”
The property exceeded our expectations. You’ve got everything you need, and only a short drive from Umbertide where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. The terrace was amazing, the sun rises on one side (bedroom window side), and sets on the other side. There’s a bbq outside, which I wish I had time to use. Kitchen facilities, ironing, washing machine etc. you name it and it’s there. Paolo was great. Private parking space was really helpful. If you need a place in Umbertide, don’t think twice, just book here. If I ever come back to Umbertide then I would have to come back here, no questions.
