There were power outages every moment. The suites are on the 4th floor and there are no elevators and I was with several suitcases, a towel warmer that didn't work in the shower, there was no hot water and I had to shower with cold water, the air conditioner didn't heat at all until I realized that the filter was probably clogged and that's how it was, it was dirty, I washed it in the shower, the radiators in the room didn't work at all, the mini bar was completely empty, the coffee corner in the room was completely empty. Simply shocking. And the whole thing about having no one to talk to because they barely speak English

Very clean and in a great location for us, just a long staircase away from Rebbe Nachman' kever. Beautiful view on the lake. The price was great. Bathroom and shower were clean and had a nice hot water. The place seem to be pretty empty. I didn't see many visitors or staff, but the staff member who checked us in was friendly.

Freat VFM. I must say, I visited Melania many times - the team is the same (and they are great and friendly, english speaking), the room is great (clean, big, great view, comfortable to work from) and all is generally great.

hotel is located just outside the city center, on a small lake/pond, in the Jewish quarter. It is normally quiet. Staff is nice and helpful, and prices for food/breakfast/laundry are very reasonable. Hotel and rooms are clean.
