Located in Lovrečica, a small fishing village near Umag, the family-run Guesthouse Villa Badi is set just 200 metres from the sea. An à-la-carte restaurant is available on-site, as well as a spacious garden with a children’s playground, a furnished shared terrace and free Wi-Fi. All rooms and apartments are fitted with a private bathroom. Rooms offer a small seating area and a balcony, while the apartments also have a small kitchenette with a dining area. Breakfast is served each day at the on-site restaurant that also serves local specialties and various fish dishes, and has a free baby chair. There is an outdoor swimming pool with a terrace fitted with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is semi-heated from April to May and September to October. Meeting and banquet facilities are also at guests’ disposal, as well as numerous sports faculties such as tennis and soccer courts and boat rentals. Spa facilities can be used at a surcharge. Numerous cycling tracks can be found 9 km from the property, while guests can get free bike maps of Northern Istria at the reception desk. ACI Marina Umag is 6 km away. Secure bicycle storage is provided, as well as a tuning tools. Local buses stop 150 metres away, while the Main Bus Station can be found in Umag, 6 km away. Pula Airport is 70 km from Guesthouse Villa Badi. The town of Novigrad is 9 km away.

Newly renovated apartments, everything clean and tidy, rooms are spacious, so are bathrooms. The restaurant is very good, homemade breakfast was excellent, so delicious! Pool and the surroundings with sun-beds clean and comfortable. Helpful staff.

An incredible place! I truly recommend it to everyone. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious and consisted of two separate bedrooms – finally, our kids didn’t have to share one big bed, which made them really happy! The view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking the sea. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, with something new every day. The seawater pool was fantastic – no eye irritation at all, and we could enjoy swimming in it for hours. We will definitely come back! This is a unique place with a Michelin restaurant. And if you love pizza, there’s a nice little place just 5 minutes away where you can grab one to go. We had our pizza on the beach in the evening – it was magical!

“Little hidden gem for the perfect relaxing holiday.”
From the moment we walked in we wished we had booked for a longer stay. A gorgeous little family run hotel in the lovely little town of Lovrecic, San Lorenzo with such helpful, friendly staff. Our room was large, spotlessly clean and modern, with a balcony overlooking the stunning pool. The breakfast was varied and it was nice to sit outside to enjoy it. Free parking was a bonus. Nearby are a few restaurants and cafes - all with wonderful service. The beach is a few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend this amazing hotel.

“Always impressed by this family owned business”
Great family run and owned establishment. We have been here previously and we’re just as happy with our room and all amenities as we were the first time we visited. This is the only place we prefer to stay at during our trips to Istria. Breakfast absolutely fantastic- freshly prepared and both hot and cold food selection. Pool area was private and the cleanliness of the room and all areas was outstanding.

Small village with no big hotels, so not overcrowded. There are 3 good quality restaurants in walking distance and couple of food trucks with pastry, snacks, coffee and ice cream. Clean, quiet hotel with freandly personal and a pool, big rooms and very good breakfast.
