“Close to beach house”
It is very close to a beach with showers and bathrooms. To enter the beach, there is a fee of 20€/day but as you stay here, you get a free pass. There is air conditioning in the room, but you have to pay extra fee 5€/day which is not specified on Booking. They speak only Croatian, Italian and German, no English. It is away from noisy roads, in quiet area. It has private bathroom and fridge. The room has everything you really need. There is no problem parking around the house.

“A clean, tidy room in a quiet neighborhood with a very accommodating owner”
It was a clean, tidy room with a modern functional bathroom. The apartments are in a quiet neighborhood, so it's very good if you're looking for a peaceful stay. The owner was very kind and accommodating (received me for a check-in in the middle of his meal and after I came late). There is also a restaurant below.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and had difficulty communicating in English. The room was not properly cleaned, and to my horror, there were smashed cockroaches on the walls, giving the impression that they were part of the decor. Overall, it was a unpleasant stay and I would not recommend this establishment to others.

“Super nice Stay!”
Large Room with a high ceiling. A good Coffee shop and one of the best Gelaterias of Triest (maybe the best?) are just 10m away. The Room was clean and had a Sink with a mirror. The Owner of the Place was super nice. We could leave our Baggage for almost a hole day on the day we were leaving.

The rooms were spacious and pets are welcomed with a 5 EUR/night cost. There is a parking place at the property. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. There is a small restaurant at the guest house where the hosts cook the food what is very tasty. I would recommend to try it.
