All the people we encountered were not only welcoming, but ever so friendly and helpful! We had a few requests regarding later arrival and check out too, everything was met with positive attitude and was handled to our great satisfaction. The location is quiet and peaceful. Our apartment was large, clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay fully, including the breakfast near the pool and the evenings in the restaurant with owner's tasty homemade beer and ice cream (both we can recommend besides other things on the menu :)) Although it's not near any beach, it's only 8-10 minutes by car to Umag and the coast. We would be glad if we could return here in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

“Lovely little hotel for a short stay or a longer holiday”

A lovely little hotel in a somewhat secluded area, surrounded by greenery. Large parking. Very clean room and the entire place. Nice pool.Very good breakfast with good selection of savoury and sweet food. Excellent coffee, available throughout the day for a decent price. Extremely friendly girls at the reception, willing to help with any query.

A nice family run hotel in peaceful surroundings. There is a good pool with loungers and tables for drinks and breakfast. Dinner for guests only is served in a separate building and was excellent.

Very nice and calm. Wonderful poolarea och great breakfast. A bit remote but for us it was perfect.

“Great dinner, and lovely staff.”

The staff were so nice and friendly, and they made sure we were having a great time. The dinner was amazing, they know how to make different meat dishes, and their homemade ice cream is highly recommended. The pool is so clean and well-kept, and after long days hiking it was exactly what we wanted. The hotel is located between several villages, so if you have a car, you can easily get around and visit everywhere in Istria in less than 40-50 minutes.

“A casual, boutique style hotel, tucked away in a residential area.”

The location was hard to find, located behind a residential area with narrow roads. Thank heavens for Google Maps. The receptionist was friendly, outgoing and informative, speaking excellent English. The room was roomy and clean with a modern, well-appointed bathroom. The included breakfast buffet had a good variety and quality. There is plenty of parking.

Very clean, parking lot for guest's, great continental breastfast. Very friendly staff. A bit off the main drag so it was a quiet sleep.

Great location offers a peaceful rest. This is one of the rare hotels that offers views of Alps and of the a Adriatic see. Cleanliness is on a top level as well as friendliness of the staff

Hotel is nice and clean, although breakfast is small, but very good 😊. Is far from the see, but that didn’t bother me.

Everything was amazing! The nature around the property, the pool, the jacuzzi, breakfast was delicious and very various choice. The staff was super nice. We will return for sure!

“Relaxing atmosphere in nice surroundings.”

Nice and quiet in the "middle of nowhere". It really feels like you are on the country side. Only the farm animals were missing. Close to the Portoroz airport, not much further from Trieste. We also loved visiting Rovinje and Poreç. Plenty of parking and friendly staff.

The hotel is amazing. Good location 15 minutes from the city cetre, beautiful and clean swimming pool, nice rooms, friendly and caring staff. Breakfast was great and abundant with variety of options. We also enjoyed the policy that allows only children from 10 and older, the place is particularly peaceful! Will come back for sure.
