We’ve stayed at Tre Perle Apartment in Umag for the second year in a row, and it continues to be an excellent choice. It’s very likely we will return again. The hosts are consistently nice, responsive, and quick to help with any requests, which makes the whole stay smooth and stress-free. Location is one of the strongest points. The apartment is within easy walking distance to the old town and the rose promenade, and there is a Konzum nearby for convenient daily shopping. At the same time, it remains quiet enough for a comfortable stay. Parking is simple and hassle-free thanks to a free private parking space, which is a real advantage in this area. The apartment itself is fully furnished, clean, and equipped with all necessary utilities. Everything is functional and well maintained. A notable improvement this year is the terrace upgrade — it now has a roof, which makes it usable even during rain and significantly increases comfort. The terrace also offers a great view over the marina, which is one of the highlights of the stay. Umag itself, together with this apartment as a base, is ideal for short trips to nearby destinations such as Pula, Rovinj, Trieste, Venice, or Udine. It works well for a mixed holiday of relaxation and day trips. Finally, it is a children-friendly place — our daughter enjoyed the stay a lot, which is always a key factor for us. Overall, a solid, reliable apartment that delivers exactly what it promises, without surprises.

“1 week stay in Apartments Tre Perle, August '25”
This apartment was a gem. It looks even better in person than in the photos. Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully equipped and very conveniently located. Parking is available right in front of the property and there are also bikes which the guests are free to use. There is access to a washing machine too - really handy. Communication with the hosts was flawless. Big recommendation.

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks with our child and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, bright, and very comfortable—great for a longer stay with a family. One of our favorite features was the large terrace—it was perfect for relaxing in the mornings and evenings, and a great space for our child to play safely under supervision. The location is truly excellent. Right in the heart of Umag, everything was within walking distance: the beach, shops, restaurants, and the charming old town. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in beautiful Umag!

“We loved it”
We loved the tidyness and well equiped apartment. The owner was super friendly, and fulfilled our extra questions like chair for the two year old boy, and vacuum cleaner for the room. Even a washing machine was available, wich is valuable with a small kid. Very nice and family friendly apartment.

- friendly wellcome in the apartment, - location - nearly everything for spring vacation, as there was no posibility to swim we were able to find a lot od nice places of this region - if we will visit Umag again we will chose these apartments
