Nice and clean apartment with all the necessary for a short stay (we stayed just for 1 night since we were on a bike trip). Close to the centre: around 10min by walk.

The building is privately owned and houses several apartments. We stayed in apartment #4, so my review reflects on that apartment only. First of all, the host (female) was very friendly, but aware that her English is close to nonexistent. Nevertheless, checking in went smoothly. Parking is free and secure on the properties' private parking lot next to the building. The apartment itself is quite spacious. The furniture and utilities are somewhat dated, but well maintained and fully functional (small exception being the fridge (see below). Umag is a cozy little harbor town with nice waterfront restaurants. Just be aware that it's about 20-25 minutes on foot from the apartment.

Our hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure everything was working well. The apartment was very clean and good value. A quiet area and parking was available. A place to come back to...

Location and price are why we chose this apartment and it suited our needs perfectly. A few items dated but facilities were as depicted and room spacious enough for our needs. Host came fairly quickly when we messaged and phoned. All ok

Nice, tidy, clean house and very friendly welcoming host, lady Joka, who helped us about everything needed. Enough parking places plus there is a garage for bicycles, it was important for us.

Prolonging our stay, the lady-host gave us a bigger room, which was just perfect. Clean, neat, tidy and once again, with all the equipment needed (kitchenware, towels, etc..). Really nice 😉

“A very pleasant place to stay”

Very fine accomodations (ran by a sweet & pleasant lady) in a quiet part of the town, still only some 5 minutes from groceries and apprx.10-15 minutes away from the center / seashore (by foot). The room we stayed at (#3) was big enough for two and had all the necessary equipment. Balcony enabled us to enjoy breakfast, as well as some coffee & cigarette "outdoors" at our convenience. Everything was very clean and tidy.

The neighbourhood is nice. It's just a short walk to a food shop, a bit longer to the beach and to the old town. The location makes everything "walkable".
