A wonderful and spacious apartment with air conditioning and a large, beautiful terrace in a peaceful setting. The hosts have truly made sure that your stay is perfect. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday — from a barbecue and dishwasher to a microwave and more. The bed is very large and incredibly comfortable. Absolutely everything is there. Just perfect!

“Great apartment”
Quiet location close to the beach, clean and modern interior, fully equipped kitchen, parking space, silent AC, small garden with a barbecue grill. The only missing thing is a small swimming pool in the garden - it would be awesome :)

Easy to find, clean and equipped with everything you need, warm welcoming and kind staff, close to the sea. This is definitely a perfect location for families. It is quiet. The closest beach is full of rocks and shells ( treasure hunting for children) and small animals for them to see. There is a sandy beach nearby for those who want it. Lidl and Kaufland in Umag, 10min car drive.

I really recommend this apartment. The apartment is really well equipped and clean. This is a great place for a relaxing vacation. Owner was extremely kind even if we arrived after midnight.

We were very impressed with the amenities provided. The outside grill, oven, dishwasher, and big TV were especially useful and made our stay very comfortable. The outside patio was a great place to relax and enjoy the weather. The apartment was a great value for money.

“Fully equipped quiet apartment”
The accommodation is in Zambratija 3-4 km north of Umag. The area is quiet. Close to the beach. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you can imagine. It has a small garden with terrace and barbecue facilities.
